Workplace complaints aren’t new (far from it.) But the need for an immediate and effective response to complaints has grown exponentially, especially in light of the #MeToo era. We will discuss when a workplace investigation may be necessary (or even mandatory), the anatomy of an effective internal investigation, and when it’s time to bring in outside help.
